2. Products

We take great care to display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown at the time of your order. Payment is processed securely at checkout and your order is confirmed once payment is received.

4. Offers & promotions

The "Buy 2, get 1 free" offer applies automatically at checkout when three eligible pieces are in your cart; the lowest-priced piece is free. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other promotions unless stated. We may modify or end an offer at any time.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will be fully refunded.

6. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the AZAIA name and logo, photos, texts and designs — belongs to AZAIA and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AZAIA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
