Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates and the GCC: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders to the UAE and the GCC.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 4–7 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as soon as possible at azaia.ae@outlook.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it.

How does “Buy 2, get 1 free” work?
Add three dresses or sets to your bag – any colours, any sizes. The lowest-priced piece is free, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.
Can I combine the offer with other discounts?
The offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
Sizing & products
How do your pieces fit?
Our dresses and sets are fitted through the bodice with a fluid, flared skirt. Between two sizes? Write to us at azaia.ae@outlook.com and we will advise you.
How should I care for my knitwear?
Gentle hand wash in cold water, dry flat and do not tumble dry, to keep the knit beautiful for longer.
Do the pieces come gift-ready?
Yes. Every piece is wrapped in tissue, placed in an AZAIA pouch and delivered in our signature gift bag.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. See our Returns & Exchanges policy.
How do I start a return?
Email azaia.ae@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Our team will send you the instructions.
When will I be refunded?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
