Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates and the GCC: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on all orders to the UAE and the GCC.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 4–7 business days from the date your order is placed. Delivery times may be longer during sales periods, public holidays or for reasons outside our control.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Customs & duties

For deliveries outside the UAE, local customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. Where applicable, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Address & delivery issues

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct, as the courier may contact you to arrange delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
